What if I need to return an item?
We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items sold by Envision Electronics within 30 Days of taking delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) All DSPower™-branded components feature a 30 Day Advanced-Exchange Program (AEP) for defective products. Simply Contact Us and we'll send a replacement unit at no additional charge within 30 Days of the Original Purchase. Return the defective product to Envision Electronics using the included return label. The DSPower components feature a 1 year from date-of-purchase warranty. Outside the 30 Day AEP, you will be responsible for costs related to shipping the product back to Envision Electronics. we will repair the unit and return it at no charge to you. All EZAmps-branded products feature a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee if the kit is NOT assembled and includes all parts, paperwork and original box. You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 30 Days after the customer takes delivery are not eligible for full refund. A partial refund, which will include a 15% restocking fee, will be subtracted from the original purchase price minus any special offers or coupons will apply. For instance, if your item was normally priced at $100 and you paid $90, a restocking fee of $15 will apply ($100 x15%=$15) and you will receive a refund of $75. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us to assign a Return Authorization Number. Items without a Return Authorization Number that are sent to our location will be subject to an additional 5% fee per product returned to cover expenses related to processing unauthorized returns. This fee, along with any applicable restocking fees will be subtracted from the original purchase price minus any special offers or coupons that applied to the original purchase. For instance, if your item was normally priced at $100 and you paid $90 but did not Contact Us for a Return Authorization number, a processing fee of $5 will apply ($100 x5%=$5) and you will be credited for $85. If the return on a non-defective item was performed more than 30 Days after taking delivery of the product, AND a Return Authorization Number was not applied, then the 15% restocking fee in addition to the 5% processing fee applies.
Can I purchase your products locally? At this time, we do not operate any brick-and-mortar storefront and have no local dealers. Can I be sponsored?
We do not sponsor competitors or enthusiasts. However, we do occasionally offer beta testing for some of our products at a reduced cost. This information will be made available in our online forums when products become available. Can I become a dealer or rep for your car audio products? You must have a legitimate business with a storefront/installation bay(s), contact information and a physical address that can be verified.
